How To Activate iCloud Photo Library In iOS 8.1 – iPhone And iPad

With the release today of iOS 8.1  came some interesting new features like  iCloud Photo Library that even marked “beta” allows us to be synchronized and saved Apple cloud picture and all of our videos with total access to all our devices and iCloud website plus assumed a very safe service.
